AMPD Expo (Audio & Music Producers and Developers) is a one day industry event that takes place in Winston-Salem, NC. It is an industry builder in the South East region for music and entertainment manufacturers and developers to showcase and network with engineers, producers, filmmakers, venue managers, technicians, instructors, students, musicians, and songwriters. The day includes entertainment and engagement opportunities ranging from live music and food trucks to technical workshops and panels with industry professionals.

$150.00 – Pro Exhibitor

• • 8’ x 10’ booth area
  • A one to one and a half hour Scheduled Exhibition Showcasing Product(s) for Audience (To be coordinated as either a presentation, or demonstration utilizing provided performers, up to a max of 120 attendees)
  • One 8’ skirted and clothed table with signage
  • 2 chairs
  • Power to booth 
  • Premium Location
  • Access to utilize credit card station for transactions
  • Wi-Fi access
  • If signed up by July 31^st: Listing in our mailing print material, in local media advertisement, listed in our playbill and program information, on our website, and on our fliers. Logos will need to be submitted to info@soundlizzard.com by July 31^st. 

• $75.00 – Demo Session 
  • A 45 minute scheduled session in the Demo Room for a group of up to 25 people. Must schedule this before July 31st.
  • Demo Sessions will be advertised in the schedule to guests when they walk in and in the playbills and advertising prior to the Expo.
  • Includes a Company Booth on location
  • Tables and chairs for up to 25 people for hands-on or small demos  (ex. a guitarist playing through an amplifier; console hands-on demonstrations; equipment how-to’s)

• $50.00 – Company Booth (Organizations, service providers, businesses)
  • Designed for local retailers or service providers, are advertising a service, who do not have a need to do a presentation or demonstration
  • One 8’ skirted and clothed table with signage
  • 1 chair
  • 9’ x 4’ booth area
  • Power to Booth
  • Wi-Fi Access

All Pro Exhibitors and Company Booths will be featured in our playbill, fliers, newsletter and press releases, and in any pre-festival reviews, if received by July 31st.

• $35.00 – Vendor Booth
  • Designed for local crafts, apparel, etc. (no food/drink sales)
  • 6’ table (no skirt or cloth), 2 chairs
  • Located in Vendor Marketplace

• 10% Commission – Gear Swap
  • Individuals who want to sell a piece of equipment, accessory, instrument and do not have need for a booth.
  • Up to 3 items per person can be checked in at the Gear Swap. If you need to bring more items than 3 you may purchase a table.
  • Check in your item(s) any time during the Exhibit Hall times (no earlier than 11am) and check out any time before 4pm (closing time).
  • Staff will manage the Gear Swap area and sales based on desired price by seller
